- 2003/2004: Degrees: Voice Coach, Opera Singing, Music Teacher, and Elementary Music Education.
- 2003–2018: Lecturer in the Master of Arts program and Associate Director of the Bachelor of Music program at the Leopold Mozart Center of the University of Augsburg
- Since 200: Lecturer at the State Institute for School Quality and Educational Research in Munich, at the Academy for Teacher Training and Personnel Management in Dillingen, and at the Marktoberdorf Music Academy.

Brecht songs at the Konzerthaus Berlin, French chansons at the opening festival of the Salzburg Festival, modern music at the Opera Festival of the Bavarian State Opera in Munich and at the National Theater in Delhi, India. Soloist with the Munich Radio Orchestra performing film music. Concert evening with the Berlin Symphony Orchestra. Her voice can also be heard in the film production “Bully Parade – The Movie” by Michael Bully Herbig.
- Artistic mentor to the scholarship recipients of Yehudi Menuhin’s “Live Music Now,” an international organization for gifted young musicians whose guiding principle is “The Power of Music.”
- As a voice coach and burnout therapist, Isabell Münsch works with various academies and companies and serves as a development coach for team-building and team events. A healthy voice, sound, and flow are the cornerstones of her work.
