Christa Baldioli?has been working in adult education for over 20 years. Since 2007, she has specialized in continuing education and train-the-trainer programs in higher education pedagogy. From 2012 to 2020, she worked at the Center for Continuing Education in Higher Education at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, where she was responsible for designing and conducting subject-specific seminars on higher education pedagogy. Since 2020, she has been working at the Center for International Affairs at Weihenstephan-Triesdorf University of Applied Sciences.
