Studied education, psychology, and psycholinguistics at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich and the University of Hamburg. From 2011 to 2023, she worked in the Department of University Didactics at the University of Passau; from 2020 to 2023, she headed the LEHRE+ University Didactics division. Trainer in the permanent team of trainers at IHK Professional Trainer Continuing Education, Feldkirchen-Westerham. Has been working as a trainer since 2005, specializing in train-the-trainer programs, teaching and learning concepts, peer consultation, and counseling theories. Has been managing LEAVA-Consulting since 2023.
