Elvira Cyranka studied education, psychology, and art history at LMU in Munich. She has been working as a higher education consultant and trainer at the Technical University of Munich since 2007. She also works as a freelance trainer in visualization techniques and as an illustrator.

In her training sessions, Elvira Cyranka inspires people to visualize for themselves—using media such as sketchbooks, flipcharts, whiteboards, or tablets—in formats ranging from sketchnotes and pictograms to posters and graphic recording—while teaching simple, immediately applicable techniques that promote comprehension, memory, and collaborative thinking.

In her free time, she enjoys capturing her impressions in travel and everyday sketches using ink and watercolors. She lives and works in Munich.
