We are pleased to announce that Thomas B?hme attended the 39th GI/ITG International Conference on Architecture of Computer Systems (ARCS), which took place in Mainz from March 24 to 26, 2026.
In the article “Extending Contiki-NG with AntHocNet Routing for Mobile Scenarios” [1], he presented an extension of the lightweight operating system “Contiki-NG” using the bio-inspired routing algorithm “AntHocNet.” This integration was evaluated by simulating various scenarios in a dynamic network and compared with the state-of-the-art routing algorithm RPL. Contiki-NG can now be used in dynamic networks, making it suitable for a wide range of use cases.
