Dr. rer. oec. Dr. rer. medic. Maren M. Michaelsen ist Forschungsleiterin der Abteilung für Integrative Gesundheitsversorgung und Pr?vention. Mit zwei Promotionen in Wirtschaftswissenschaften und Gesundheitswissenschaften verfügt sie über umfassende Expertise in Integrativer Medizin und Gesundheitsverhaltens?nderung. Ihre Forschung konzentriert sich auf die Grundlagen der Verhaltensmodifikation, mit besonderem Schwerpunkt auf achtsamkeitsbasierten Interventionen und digitalen Gesundheitsl?sungen für Stressmanagement, z.B. in anspruchsvollen Berufen.

Zu ihren wissenschaftlichen Beitr?gen geh?rt die Entwicklung des Behavior Change Resource Model, das neurowissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse über Motivations- und Belohnungsmechanismen in Prozesse der Gesundheitsverhaltens?nderung integriert. Ihr methodisches Repertoire umfasst randomisierte kontrollierte Studien, systematische Reviews, Paneldatenanalysen, kausale Inferenz und qualitative Studien.

Als ausgebildete Yogalehrerin und Achtsamkeitspraktizierende bringt sie einzigartige pers?nliche und professionelle Perspektiven in ihre wissenschaftliche Arbeit ein. Ihre Forschungsinteressen umfassen Mind-Body-Medizin, Gesundheitsressourcen wie Achtsamkeit und Verbundenheit sowie die Integration evidenzbasierter integrativer Ans?tze in die Prim?rversorgung.
