Gradient Structures 2026
Workshop on Gradient Structures

University of Augsburg, February 25 to 27, 2026

Scientific Scope
Gradient flows provide a powerful framework for understanding dynamics in the fields of partial differential equations and the calculus of variations, with applications ranging from material science to machine learning. This workshop aims to bring together researchers working on theoretical foundations and applied aspects of gradient structures, fostering exchange of ideas and the exploration of new connections.
